By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Who We Serve
JUMPin2it provides training, coaching, workshops, courses, digital products, and events designed to support entrepreneurs and professionals. You must be 18 years or older to purchase or participate in any paid program.
Use of Content
All content provided through JUMPin2it—including videos, downloads, templates, guides, worksheets, frameworks, and training—remains the exclusive intellectual property of Digital Text Marketing Incorporated and is operated and licensed through JUMPin2it.
You agree not to:
Copy, distribute, or share course materials without written permission
Reproduce or sell any JUMPin2it content
Use the material for your own commercial training unless explicitly licensed
Personal use only, unless otherwise stated.
Program Access
Depending on the product purchased, you may receive:
Lifetime access (for digital downloads)
Time-bound access (for courses or workshops)
Ongoing access tied to a subscription
We reserve the right to update or improve course materials over time.
Behavior & Participation
We maintain a positive, safe, and professional environment. We may remove participants from any program or community space without refund if they:
Are abusive, disrespectful, or disruptive
Violate confidentiality agreements
Share or distribute proprietary materials
Results Disclaimer
JUMPin2it provides training, coaching, tools, strategic guidance, and support. We do not guarantee results, income, or business outcomes.
Your success depends on your effort, consistency, market factors, and personal commitment.
Payment Terms
By purchasing JUMPin2it services, you authorize us to process your payment.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve any issue.
For payment plans, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Missed payments may result in suspended access.
Refund Policy
We stand behind our programs and want you to feel fully supported. Because our Services include digital products, live coaching, and access to proprietary intellectual property, our refund policy varies by product:
Digital Products (ebooks, templates, reports, downloads)
Non-refundable.
Access is granted immediately and cannot be revoked after delivery.
Live Workshops, Courses & Events
If you purchased a live or virtual event, workshop, or course:
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, as long as the program has not yet started.
Once the first session begins or materials are delivered, no refunds will be issued.
You may request a credit toward another JUMPin2it program at our discretion.
Online Courses (Self-Paced)
Refunds are available only if:
You request within 7 days, and
You have accessed less than 20% of the course content.
After that, the purchase is non-refundable.
Coaching, Strategy Sessions, and Consulting
All 1:1 sessions, done-with-you consulting, and strategy intensives are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.
Subscriptions or Memberships
For monthly or annual subscriptions:
You may cancel any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial or unused months.
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once the term begins.
Special Promotions or Discounted Offers
All discounted, early-bird, or promotional purchases are final sale.
Cancellation
We may cancel or reschedule programs when necessary. In such cases, you will receive:
A rescheduled date or
A credit toward another program
Refunds may be offered if an event is fully canceled.
Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JUMPin2it services is not liable for:
Direct or indirect financial loss
Business interruptions
Decisions made using our tools or training
All services are provided “as is.”
